Job Description

The position provides you an opportunity to develop and facilitate nursing study programs in colleges & hospitals. Candidates should have good communication skill, the ability to teach, have strong presentation & negotiation skills. Candidates with B.Sc. in Nursing who have at least 2 years clinical nursing experience or M.Sc. in Nursing can apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide continuing education to licensed nursing staff.
  • Develop curricula for nursing programs.
  • Develop assessments for nursing and related programs.
  • Support content development for diploma /graduate diploma courses.
  • Provide subject review to develop eLearning.
  • Should promote & brand our nursing study programs in colleges & hospitals.
  • Build strong relationships, provide strong presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Key Skills

    Good Communication Skill , basic Computer knowledge , Attend or speak at conferences, basic knowledge in training & developing continuing education programs.

    Qualification

  • UG: B.Sc in Nursing with two years of Clinical Nursing experience
  • PG: M.Sc in Nursing
  • Experience

    2 Years or M.Sc. Fresher
